About me
Hi, I’m Josie, a Twickenham based Birth and Post-Natal Doula as well as an Infant Sleep Consultant (I’m also a mum of two little sleep thiefs!) I bring warmth, calm, and a caring approach to the families I support—helping you feel safe, supported, and confident as your family grows. With hands-on experience supporting families, I can help in a multitude of ways. I pride myself on being highly flexible, adaptable and will always endeavour to meet your specific needs.
My Doula Services
ANTENATAL
Ongoing check-ins, birth planning sessions, and just generally getting to know eachother - all designed to prepare you mentally and physically for labor. Each plan can be customised depending on the level of support you would like.
BIRTH
Continuous in-person (or remote assistance if preferred) throughout active labor and the immediate hours after birth. I will advocate for you before, during and after to ensure you have the most positive experience possible.
Prices will vary depending on the level of support you require. Please contact me for an initial chat to understand your needs and I can provide a bespoke support package
POSTNATAL
Postnatal home visits that focus on you and your recovery and emotional well-being. That can include anything from helping to look after your baby, cooking some delicious food or just allowing you some time to heal.

After learning more about your parenting styles and goals I will come up with a customised sleep plan taylored specifically to your childs needs.

Continuous support throughout the process to help you stay confident and consistent with the plan any questions you may have after
